In a world full of numbers, don’t just be one. Join a team that’s building something bigger: where strategic minds, servant hearts, and a good sense of humor all belong.
WHY WORK HERE?
Sure, you could read a typical job post with a list of tasks and bullet points that sound like a robot wrote them. But that’s not how we do things around here.
We’re a modern accounting firm that believes in:
- Collaborative culture without the corporate fluff
- Innovation + structure (we love a good process—and improving it!)
- Trust and autonomy balanced with accountability
- Laughing daily, snacks always, and a mascot dog named Saphera who doubles as head of security and nap consultant
We take our clients and our work seriously, but if you’re looking for a stuffy-shirt environment, keep scrolling. If you’re looking to be part of a smart, fun, growing team where your work truly matters, you may have just found your people.

- Prepare, review, and file returns: Individual, Corporate, Trust, and Net Profits
- Train and advise the internal accounting team
- Oversee client financial review and reporting, asset entries/adjustments, client journal entries, and compliance
- Lead client strategy sessions, tax planning, estimating, and scenarios.
- Handle client questions and IRS/state notice resolution
- Assist with work comp audits, payroll taxes, W2s, 1099s, sales tax, and tangibles
- Use AI tools to analyze financials and support advisory insights
- Participate in onboarding, light bookkeeping, and QuickBooks Online conversions
Tools you’ll use include QuickBooks Desktop & Online, Microsoft Office Suite, Fixed Assets CS, CCH Axcess (training available) and AI platforms for research and planning.
SCHEDULE + COMPENSATION
